With my fingers

Wow.. has it really been that long ago? The last time I posted the post? Below me? 35 days ago?
That is how fast time is really passing me by.. I can FINALLY count the days left to our wedding day with my fingers:::: 10!!! In 10 Days I will Marry the keeper of my Dreams...
A whole lot has happend since my last Post. We finally found what we now get to call: Our Home Sweet Home =D It is perfect for us! I can't wait to share pictures of before & after. We will be doing some wall painting & of course furnish the place during the next week. Can't wait to share!

I remember...

I've been counting the days til my wedding day since the moment Miguel Proposed to me...I remember the days being in the 3 digit category: e.i- 433, and thinking the day seemes to be so far away. I remember the day it hit 365... November 28, 2008:: WOW::: One year from today will be our wedding Day =) I remember the day: January 1st, 2009, standing outside my parents doorstep, our usual place where Miguel & I say Good Night, and wish eachother a Blessing day, and saying to eachother: We are getting married THIS year =) Throughout the days & weeks that have pass us by, we say Good Night in that same doorstep, and we countdown the day, each night getting closer to saying Good night, but for once, staying under the same roof, sharing the same room, and sleeping in the same bed.The days are now down to Double-Digits:: 45 Days to be exact =)I am full of stress && excitement. of course, and trying to make sure everything is being done according to my little timeline =)Soon after all this wedding planning is over: I will make sure and blog all the DIY little projects I have been working on throughout the year.

She Turned 1 a few weeks ago, and also Celebrated her Baptisim =)

Her Pretty mommy & I meat a few years ago while working for a Toyota Dealership., and we have kept in touch. Aside from being invited to Miss Lil Zoey's Bash, Mommy also asked me if I could take a pictures of the Party, since she would be running around being the Host & all =)

Of course, I was delighted!!

Do things like this just happend to me?

I have been in the hunt for the "Perfect Wedding Shoes".

I have spent hours online, and keep my eyes OPEN everytime I go shopping, in hope I will find the "Perfect Wedding Shoes".

Last night, I was catching up on my daily dose of Blog Reading, when I Bumped into a Blog ( sorry, I dont remember which one =/), and there . it.was. "The Perfect Wedding Shoe".

I quickly got the name of the style, the designer's name... googled it, and just fell in L.O.V.E even more!!!! But, just as fast:: My. Heart. Broke =/!!! Turns out, the shoe is SOLD OUT in EVERY SIZE!! WHYYY??/ Why me?? It was the Perfect Little Purple Shoe, with the CuteZy Pom~pom, and what seemed perfect heel size, not too tall, but no flats either =/.

So, the Hunt continues::: We have 86 Days til' our wedding day!!

I think He is right...

For the past 2yrs of being engaged, and approx. 1yr of wedding planning, my ideas & inspirations have taken a full rotation ( 360*). Starting with the decision of the color palette we were going for. It went from Slate Blue, to Bronze Brown, to Pink & Black, and maybe some other combo that I don't even remember. I finally decided on a combination, introduced it to Fi, he agreed, and we went from there. I would stick to it, and there would be no turning back!
So far, so good. Of course, there has been a few changes here and there. I can't help it! This beautiful world wide web has got me hooked into EVERYTHING & ANYTHING wedding related!
Which, I think it is totally normal for any girl that dreams about how their wedding day should feel & look like =)
I can't help but still want to buy every new wedding magazine that comes out, or look up beautiful gowns, pretty Bridesmaid dresses, unique wedding invitations, ect...
I absolutely, cannot STOP browsing and AWing every wedding photography I have come across with. They are filled with so much inspiration and creativity.
It wasn't until all this wedding madness started, that I was introduced to the Journalistic Style of Photography. I have fallen completely head~over~heels. The more I read, & see, the more hungry I get to learn and follow this giddy feeling inside me. I ask myself: "Where have you been all my life?" And then, I remember. Every night, I have asked God to light my path, and help me find something that will bring me happiness, to light my future, and to make me strong, & not give up.
I've always enjoyed photography, but never thought about pursuing it as a hobby, or even, as a possible career. I know I am not alone on this. I have read many, many photographers websites/blogs, and so many of them got into wedding photography right when or after planning their own wedding.
I know it is not easy. I know it will take so much to stand out, and find my own style. As a bride to be, I knew what I wanted in a photographer, and that's why we chose who we did.
I admire and look up to so many talented Photographers out there.
Their daily dose of blogging keep me grounded, and I know some of them where once in the shoes I am today. Maybe someday, I'll get to be in the shoes they get to wear Today.
